What is the Ehrlich reagent test kit?

The Ehrlich reagent is the primary test for identifying LSD, its analogues (such as ALD-52 and 1P-LSD) and DMT. It's used to identify indoles (like LSD) and tryptamines (like DMT).

Why do you need the Ehrlich test kit?

This test kit helps to rule out harmful adulterants such as NBOMe (with no colour reaction). This is because it is uncommon for a tab to contain both LSD and NBOMe. The main reason manufacturers replace LSD with NBOMe is that it costs much less.

How does the test kit work?

Ehrlich reagent is light yellow and reacts in approximately 2 minutes if the blotter sample contains LSD. The reagent reacts with a pink/purple colour change for a positive test and if there's no reaction it's an indication of no presence of LSD.

The 5ml bottle contains enough reagent for 75-100 tests.

Additional Reagent

An excellent application of the Marquis reagent is in identifying the presence of NBOMe. LSD is often sold disguised as NBOMe and consuming NBOMe can lead to a bad/unpredictable experience and can be dangerous.

If the Marquis reagent reacts with a color change when used on a blotter, it indicates the blotter isn't safe to consume and contains NBOMe or another substance instead of LSD/LSD analogue.

When buying the Ehrlich reagent, consider buying the Marquis reagent as well.

Every test kit ships in plain packaging with no mention of drugs/substances.
